Family Appreciation Picnic
Every May we celebrate National Foster Care Awareness Month, by celebrating and appreciating the hard work and sacrifices our foster and adoptive families make each year. We honor each parent and enjoy a carnival-style picnic. We also recognize youth, families, staff, board members, and community members or organizations that have made a significant impact in the foster care community, through our Angel and Core Value Awards.
Fall Family Carnival
Every Fall we dress up in our costumes and give thanks at our Fall Family Carnival.
We play games, host interactive costume contests, and eat yummy pumpkin pie in a safe, warm and friendly environment. A great way to meet other foster parents.
Holiday Hope
Held in December each year, we provide gifts, treats, and fun to all of our foster/adoptive children, youth, and their families during the holidays.
It's a time for Onward Hope to give, fellowship and share, especially to those who need it most.
Back to School Extravaganza
Time to celebrate the kiddos returning to school! We provide a backpack full of supplies to each child.
Additionally, we host a back-to-school movie. This is one last chance for the family to gather before returning to the in-school routine.
